Health, Education, Agriculture, and Rural Development Organization( HEARDO)
Established on 20 January 2018, HEARDO is a woman- and youth-led, non-profit, Afghan NGO committed to advancing equitable opportunities and resilient communities through integrated programming. HEARDO works across humanitarian response and longer-term development, combining service strengthening, community-based approaches, and women’s and youth empowerment to address interconnected needs. The organization is legally registered with Afghanistan’s Ministry of Economy and engages in relevant coordination mechanisms to align its work with national priorities and partner strategies.
